Every time i see a black girl loving her hair,accepting herself, loving herself makes me smile ! i'm so glad because even at a really young age, black people can face difficult situation ( mocking our hair, skin color....) It's soooo important to boost children and adults confidence through things like positive affirmations, seeing representation, education.... what also work (for children) is to listen to nursery rhyme for exemple this one that i love : ua-cam.com/video/o5vRy59jKWU/v-deo.html the lyrics are in french but its a lovely little black girl singing and sharing her passions for reading, drawing, dancing and sewing. Thank you for this. I was not raised knowing God and was unfortunately raised to hate/fear most men and to believe I did not need a man in my life. Thankfully I found my husband who is a loving, God fearing man and I am learning this whole new way of thinking and living. Hi Dr Daf! Can you please do a video on how to transition from dating to marriage? Topics like combining finances/households, chores. Also, how to slow down and lean back. I love when you give examples of phrases to use during scenarios. I find myself recognizing in the moment that I should lean into my feminine energy so he can take the lead, but I struggle in the moment to find the language that builds this.

The letter writing I started back in January of this year and I purposed in my heart to write one letter a month to somebody and the difference it makes in the recipients life was beautiful and I love the connection box. I think I have to get that. Another thing that I do during the summer is I wear less makeup. I want the sun to kiss my skin and I want that beautiful glow that beautiful bronzy skin. 💋

Some of my favorite activities during summer are taking Summer Intensive Dance lessons. During summer many dance instructors and academies have intensive courses that last 4 to 6 weeks, and you can get to experience the basics of a new dance style which improves your posture, your coordination, and your movement quality. Also Summer Language Courses where you learn the basics of communicating in a new language which nourishes your brain and introduces you to a new culture.
